actually... please don't. i had the biggest, yummiest piece of chocolate fudgy cake today. right after i had a piece of lemon cake. so much for that diet i was trying to be on. crap. more to love, right? yeah... .something like that.
i'm really excited about Halloween this year. for once, i've got a costume and over two weeks ahead of time. AND!!! i've got three places to go (three different nights) how exciting! woohoo!
well, i should really head off to the gym for some strenuous weight lifting, followed by a three mile run and then head home to run sprints. only to get up on the morning and either bike or run 5 miles. yeesh.
